The technical problem is that the existing light regulation and control equipment can only simply irradiate a single position, cannot meet the normal shooting of a film and television long lens, and cannot well carry out adaptive light supplement on light at the bottom of a field. According to the technical scheme, the light free regulation and control equipment for film and television shooting comprises a sleeve, a light supplementing system and the like; the outer surface of the sleeve is connected with two light supplementing systems. The opening angles of the four shading plates are correspondingly changed through the four pulling ropes, the requirements of a photographer are matched and met, the illumination area is regulated and controlled in real time, and in the shooting process, the change of a long lens is captured, the range of a lamp panel is shielded, so that the brightness of a shooting scene can be rapidly adjusted when light is drawn to be condensed, and the shooting effect is improved. And the elastic light supplement device is utilized to change the light of the figure picture and the bottom of the scene, so that the illumination of the area entering the shooting picture is consistent, and the shadow range is reduced.
