Abstract： The invention relates to the field of exercise shooting, in particular to shooting equipment suitable for exercise training. The technical problems that an existing shooting device for exercise training cannot meet the requirement for multi-angle adjustment, and a head-mounted shooting device easily shakes along with shaking of a trainer, so that the shooting effect is affected are solved. The shooting equipment suitable for exercise training comprises a mounting block, a damping rod and the like; the mounting blocks are connected with damping rods. The elastic piece for providing the shock filtering function for the lens module is fixedly connected between the mounting block and the outer frame, after a trainer sets the shooting angle of the lens module in advance, through cooperation with a gyroscope module carried in the lens module, the shooting angle adjustment work of the lens module can be intelligently completed no matter how the head of the trainer shakes, and the training efficiency is improved. Moreover, during the adjustment of the shading assembly, the shading assembly actively triggers the second locking assembly to assist the first locking assembly in completing the fixing work of the lens module, so that the lens module is firmer.
