Selection of conduit and bridge size
Regulations: When power cables are laid in conduits, the total cross-sectional area of the conductors in the conduit, including the insulation layer, should not be greater than 40% of the empty cross-sectional area in the conduit.
When power cables are laid in bridges, the total cross-sectional area of the power cables should not be greater than 60% of the cross-sectional area of the bridge
Need to determine: cable cross-sectional area, quantity
-The diameter of a 4mm² photovoltaic cable is about 6mm; the diameter of a 6mm² photovoltaic cable is about 7mm;
-The cross-sectional area of an AC cable can be obtained by checking the cable current carrying capacity table.
导管和桥架尺寸选择
规定:电力电缆在导管内敷设时,管内导线包括绝缘层在内的总横截面积,不应大于管内空截面积的40%。
电力电缆在桥架内敷设时,电力电缆的总横截面积,不应大于桥架横断面的60%
需要确定:线缆横截面积、数量
-光伏电缆4mm²直径约为6mm;光伏电缆6mm²直径约为7mm;
-交流电缆可通过查电缆载流量表得出横截面积。
