Abstract： A novel power strip and plug comprises a plug body, three conductive inserting rods are symmetrically and fixedly arranged in the front face of the plug body, a plurality of irregular grooves are formed in one side walls of the conductive inserting rods, and the three conductive inserting rods are connected with a live wire, a zero wire and a ground wire in the plug body respectively. According tothe invention, on the premise of ensuring that the strip and plug can be stably powered, after the strip and plug is powered on, the plug can be fixed on the strip and cannot be easily taken down, more time and labor are saved in the process of taking down the plug, meanwhile, the conductive structure can be arranged in the power strip, the conductive structure is prevented from being directly exposed outside, and the safety performance is remarkably improved.
