Abstract： The AI artificial intelligence service robot with the anti-collision protection function comprises a base, an installation base is fixedly installed at the top of the base, a machine body is fixedly installed at the top of the installation base, and second base plates are fixedly installed on the periphery of the surface of the machine body. Through the arrangement of the protection plate, the machine body can be protected when the machine body is collided, a first base plate, a second base plate and a damping spring have a good damping effect on impact force when the machine body is collided, and meanwhile the impact force can drive a buffer spring to shake; and meanwhile, the problems that an existing intelligent service robot does not have an anti-collision protection function, impact force cannot be well relieved when the intelligent service robot collides with the outside, and the device, collided objects and the like can be damaged to different degrees are solved.
